Swiftqueue have been engaged by a number of NHS Trusts to deliver online appointment booking for COVID-19 Vaccinations.

Each NHS Trust has applied their own rules for the eligibility and availability of COVID-19 Vaccinations. If your booking is not possible at this time please consult with your GP or NHS Trust to check your eligibility at this time.

At Swiftqueue we take support very seriously and endeavour to answer your questions in a timely manner. As the Covid Vaccinations are being rolled out we are experiencing heavy demand on our support channel.

We have compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions which we hope will help assist in answering your question without having to wait for assistance.

However if the answer is not below please contact us and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

If you are looking to book your Covid19 Vaccination appointment, please register / login as a patient using the link that was sent to you inviting you to book your COVID9 Vaccination and then you will be able to book your appointment online.

You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment once booked.

If you are eligible to book your Covid19 Vaccination appointment, please register as a patient using the link that was sent to you inviting you to book your COVID19 Vaccination and then you will be able to book your appointment online.

Please note, you can only book these online if you are eligible and were given a letter/email inviting you to book this appointment from the clinic.
You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment once booked.

All availability is showing online for COVID19 Vaccination appointments.
If there are no dates showing to book or your clinic isn’t listed, please contact your Occupational Health department (For NHS Staff only) who can advise when this clinic will be available to book or when more dates will show available to book.

It may be that your clinic is fully booked, undergoing changes or not yet live.

In line with latest Government guidance, your 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine will now take place between 11 and 12 weeks after your first dose.
You will receive a reminder 10 days before your rescheduled appointment.

If you can still attend the first dose vaccination appointment, please wait until after you have attended your 1st dose vaccination and then you will be able to reschedule your 2nd dose appointment online.

Please log in to your account and click on the reschedule button once you've attended your 1st Dose appointment.

If you have already received your first dose vaccination and wish to reschedule your second dose appointment online, please login to your patient portal using this link https://www.swiftqueue.co.uk/userlogin.php and click on the ‘Upcoming Appointments’ button. You will then see an option to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You will receive a new confirmation email for your appointment date and time once changed.

If you booked online, please check your patient portal and view the ‘Upcoming Appointments’ section. Your appointment details will show here once booked.
If you book online, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment once booked.

Please contact us to reinstate the appointment.

To change the location of your original appointment, please cancel your original appointment and then book a new appointment in the preferred location using the link you were sent to book your vaccination appointment.

This message usually appears if your Dose 1 appointment was not attended or the vaccine was not given to you if you did attend. The second part of your appointment isn’t cancelled which is why you receive this message.
To book your new Covid19 Vaccination appointment, please login as a patient using the link that was sent to you inviting you to book your COVID19 Vaccination. Under upcoming appointments, please cancel the Dose 2 appointment and then you will be able to book your new appointment online.

Please check your junk/spam folder in case the email was redirected there.

If you didn't receive this, please contact your Occupational Health department for this information and they will be able to provide this.You will then be able to book your appointment online.

You cannot access the vaccination booking system on the general website.
You must register/login using the booking link that was sent directly to you inviting you to book your vaccination. Appointments are only available to those who are eligible.

We recommend that you book using Chrome as your internet browser.
To book your COVID19 Vaccination appointment, please login with your email address and password using the link that was emailed to you inviting you to book your appointment. You will then be able to book.
You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment and be able to see this in your ‘Upcoming Appointments’ section of your account once booked.
Please follow the steps above in Chrome and this will work for you.

Each staff member appointment must be booked individually and cannot be done on the same account.

To book your NHS staff Covid19 Vaccination appointment, each eligible staff member should register as a patient using the link that was sent to you inviting you to book your COVID19 Vaccination and then you will be able to book your appointment online.

We facilitate the appointments system but cannot advise on medical queries.

iF you filled out your vaccination form as part of the booking process, you don't need to bring this with you.

Please contact your GP or if you are staff, contact your Occupational Health department on this and they will be able to advise you once this vaccine will be available to book.
