This service is for patients who have seen their GP or Hospital Doctor and are in receipt of the relevant blood form to book a child's blood test.
Any child who has seen a Community Paediatrician and requires a blood test will be booked by the nursing team into a separate clinic. Please do not use the SwiftQueue system.
