This appointment is for a routine service/retube of your hearing aid. If you have any further problems in relation to your hearing or hearing aid you must contact the department on the following number to arrange an appointment, 01283 593014.Please note you must be over 18 years of age and have been issued with a hearing aid from Queen's Hospital or the community sites of Sir Robert Peel in Tamworth, Samuel Johnson in Lichfield or Balance Street health centre in Uttoxeter. If you require adjustments to your hearing aids, you will need to book a further appointment by calling the above number.
