IMPORTANT NOTICES:If your GP has asked for you to have this test, you MUST bring the paper blood form to the appointment. We will be unable to perform the test without this form, as electronic referrals are not accepted at this location and your appointment will not go ahead.
 
This Is not a walk in service and an appointment MUST be booked.
 
This clinic is for children aged 10 years and below. Exceptions apply for those children over 10 with additional needs please call  0300 615 1550 to book.

Please note we are unable to accommodate urgent bloods if the clinician requires urgent blood tests, they are able to contact the paediatric team to discuss this.
