Please note these appointments are only for patients within the Buckinghamshire area. We can only accept patients 16 years  and older. Please do not book if this does not apply to you. 
If your referral is from another hospital in another county for example Oxford then we are unable to do these at Amersham as some of these tests need to be sent to another lab to be processed and we can only do that from the Stoke Mandeville/Wycombe hospital sites.

If you have an electronic referral, please notify us when you check in so we can print this for you. Please note we will need to see a letter/electronic document showing your name and NHS number (preferred) or a photographic ID showing your name and date of birth.

Not attending costs the NHS approx. £160. Please do inform us if you cannot attend.
 
Appointments in this clinic will only be seen on available days and times. No walk ins will be allowed.
