As of 8th October 2024 all patients attending Ongar Clinic will be required to bring a form from the GP/Consultant in order to have their blood samples taken.
Failure to bring a form will result in the phlebotomist unable to take your blood.

If you have any of the following symptoms listed below, please do NOT book onto this clinic: A high temperature OR A new, continuous cough OR A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.
